14 Days/ 13 Nights Program

Day1 Arrive Yangon

When you arrive at the airport , welcome by tour guide and transfer to your hotel. Your tour begins after your lunch as an afternoon tour
around the city of Yangon start from the city center where Sule Pagoda located to see the bustling life of Yangon. A visit worthwhile to walk through the well known Bogyoke (Scott) Market where differences of traditional wear and jewelries gems shops are one of the attractions of Yangon. And then visit one of the biggest Buddha image in reclining position with remarkable eyes full of kindness and sympathy known as Chauk Htet Gyi enhanced by its foot print with 108 symbols which represent the previous life of Buddha.
To call it a day of your visit in Yangon, we are going to the most magnificent and spectacular religious edifice, Shwedagon Pagoda before the sunset and enjoy the beauty stupa while it changes the shining of gold in different tones according to the radiant of the setting sun. Day2 Yangon - Kyaikhtiyo (Golden Rock)

After breakfast at hotel, drive to Bago and sightsee on the way. An ancient capital of Mon, known as Hansawaddy. Shwemawdaw Pagoda – the highest Pagoda in Myanmar. Shwethalyaung Pagoda- an ancient reclining Buddha image in Myanmar – 54 meter long and build in 994 A.D, the Mon village and pon Pagoda – 4 gigantic seated Buddha Image. Proceed to Golden Rock 62 miles through the never ended Paddy fields. Arrive Kim-pun base camp at the foot of the mountain ridge. Drive up by special mountain truck to get to Yathae (Hermit) mountain and from there, hiking for an hour to Kyaikhto hotel near Kyaikthiyo Pagoda (Golden Rock).

Day3 Golden Rock - Mawlamyine

After breakfast at hotel, strolling around the hill sites and return to base camp from the hill. Drive to Mawlamyine stop on the way for a visit to Ba-yain-nyi cave where is a hot spa. It has belief among native people to take a bath in that particular hot spa is curable skin disease. Proceed to the town of Pha-an, the capital of Kayin State. And then drive back to Mawlamyine. Overnight at hotel in Mawlamyine.

Day4 Mawlamyine

After breakfast at hotel, morning visit to a main market of Mawlamyine, very colorful and busy. Strolling at downtown area, there are several houses as an old British style. Evening sightseeing includes Mahamyat Muni Buddha Image, Kyaikthanlan Pagoda, Sein Taung Queen Monastery and watch sunset from U Khan Ti Pagoda Hill. Overnight in Mawlamyine.

Day5 Kyaik Ma Yaw - Kyaik Kami Excursions

After breakfast at hotel, drive to a town of Kyaik Ma Yaw and visit the biggest reclining Buddha Image. Proceed to the town of Thanphyuzayat, there is WWII cemetery of Allied forces and most of them were between Myanmar and Thailand. Continue to Kyaik Kami pagoda by the sea and Set-se beach. Return to Mawlamyine and overnight at the hotel in Mawlamyine.

Day6 Mawlamyine - Yangon

Visit Gaung-Say-Kyun Island and go back to Yangon. Overnight at hotel in Yangon.

Day7 Yangon - Bagan (by flight)

After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to airport for domestic flight to Bagan. Arrive Bagan, go to hotel and check in to hotel. Bagan sightseeing, starting with busy local market and continuing with visits to a diverse selection of the most important Pagodas and temples, such as Shwezigon Pagoda – built by King Anawratha in the early 11th century, Gu Byauk Kyi – a temple with exquisite murals of Jataka scenes, and Ananda Temple with four huge standing Buddha images and numerous seated figures in niches around the galleried interior. Visit to Manuha Temple – built in Mon Style in 1095, Nanbaya Temple – a unique sandstone monument, said to have been the palace of King Manuha and Myingaba Gu-Byauk-Kyi Temple, noted for its ancient mural paintings under the protection of UNESCO. Enjoy panoramic sunset at Shwe San Daw Pagoda. Overnight at hotel in Bagan.

Day8 Bagan

After breakfast at the hotel, visit the major temple and monuments of the ancient archaeological zone like Ananda, Htilominlo, Dhammanyangyi, Sularmani, Pyathatgyi, Phayathonezu, Tayokepyay, Dhammarazaka, Lawkananda, etc... Overnight at hotel in Bagan.

Day9 Bagan - Mandalay (by flight) - Amarapura

After breakfast at hotel, transfer to airport for domestic flight to Mandalay. Arrive Mandalay, visit Amarapura where the most famous Mahagandayone Monastery is there to see more than a thousand of monks can be seen at the same time while they are having their 2nd or the last meal for the day, the monastery is reputed according to the Buddha saying after that proceed to a bridge called U Bein which was recuperated from the waste of abandoned place completely in teak wood across the lake of Taung-tha-man. Amarapura is the famous village for its silk products most of the Longyi for men and women are madder there from simple pure cotton to good quality silk on the way back to Mandalay there is a opportunity to visit wood carving and stone marble carving. In the afternoon, visit Mahamuni Buddha Image with its spectacular Buddha image covered with thick layers of gold leaves, Gold-leaf beating, Shwe Nandaw Kyaung or Golden Palace Monastery – an excellent example of a traditional wooden building and Kuthodaw Pagoda, known as the world’s largest book, consisting of 729 marble slabs engraved with Buddhist scriptures. Among the historical buildings craftsmen’s workshop like Bronze casting, Marble stone carving, Kalaga tapestries, should be seen sunset and panoramic view from Mandalay Hill.

Day10 Mingun - Mandalay Sightseeing

After breakfast, transfer to jetty by boat trip on the Ayeyarwaddy River to Mingun about 11km upriver from Mandalay with visits to the unfinished Pahtoedawgyi Pagoda built as one of the world’s largest pagoda by King Bodaw Paya, the Bell – weighting 90 tons and being the biggest uncracked bell in the world, and Myatheindan Pagoda. Go back to Mandalay. Proceed to ShweInBin teak wood monastery which is only one complete set of cultural monastery and built in 1890. Then visit the Zegyo market which is the biggest market of upper Myanmar. And walk around the city center. Watch sunset at nearby the river. Overnight at hotel in Mandalay.

Day11 Mandalay - Heho (by flight)

After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to airport and flight to Heho. Arrive Heho airport, drive to Pindaya. Upon arrival visit the Pindaya caves – unique for the thousands of Buddha images placed there by pilgrims over many centuries and Shan traditional bamboo umbrella making. The journey continues on a narrow, winding and bumpy road across the Shan Hills to Inle Lake. Overnight at hotel in Inle.

Day12 Inle Lake Sightseeing

After breakfast at the hotel, take a trip by boat in Inle Lake. The picturesque scenery blending with the sky and floating gardens rising from the clear water of the lake is nothing short of spectacular. We board our boat for a freely trip on the lake which also gives us a chance to visit some gardens and catch a glimpse of the local Intha fishermen well-known for their rowing technique. These people power
their narrow boats by twisting their legs around their oars, a remarkable feat of agility and control. Along the way, we anchor to visit the Paung Daw Oo Pagoda, the Nga Phe Kyaung Monastery with a beautiful collective antique Buddha statues and the rotating rural market. This colorful congregation is held in different villages every five days, and attracts numerous ethnic minorities who converge from the surrounding villages to trade their goods. Overnight at hotel in Inle.

Day13 Heho - Yangon (by flight)

After breakfast at hotel, transfer to airport and flight back to Yangon. Arrive Yangon, transfer to hotel and Yangon City sightseeing short visit to Botahtaung Pagoda, Nan Thida Jetty and city center. In the evening, visit the bustling China town to see the daily life of local people. Overnight at hotel in Yangon.

Day14 Departure

After breakfast at hotel, time at leisure to pursue individual interests until your transfer to the airport. Your tour guide will pick you up the hotel and go together with you to the airport. Departure from Yangon.
